Wicked Trips takes you to Thailand

Thailand is arguably one of the most incredibly diverse countries in Asia. From the buzzing vibrancy of the capital city, Bangkok, to the pleasures of relaxing on a secluded island or stroking live tigers in the tiger temple, and coming up close and personal with a real Indian elephant whilst riding through the jungle. You can even stay with the local tribes people for a few nights, to get a really authentic feel of what the country has to offer. You can have all of this from as little as £150, if you know where to look..

Whether you visit Thailand for it’s beauty, culture, adventure, parties or serenity, the Thai hospitality will ensure that your stay will be incredible. No one gives such a warm welcome to their country than the Thai.

Staying in Bangkok can quench your thirst for adventure all on it’s own; exploring the culture, temples, tigers, sights and shops, and then have a massage by one of the most beautiful creatures on earth: the Thai Masseuse. From Bangkok, you can visit Chiang Mai for elephant jungle treks, Krabi for island bliss, Buddha View to learn to dive or Koh Phangan for the Full Moon Party.

Wicked Trips takes you to Turkey

Turkey is the gem of Europe. With it’s melting pot of cultures and views of Asia, Turkey is truly is Europe’s Capital of Culture.

Have you always dreamed of living in tree house as a child? (Or even now?) Visit the Tree House Hotel! These incredible structures are perfectly situated: the beautiful, pristine white sand beach and the canyon, offers some opportunities for activities to supplement your stay: try bouldering, sea kayaking or jump into clear waters whilst canyoning. If you are looking for something more relaxing take a boat trip to see some of Olympos sea life. In such a spectacular situation, these tree houses are not to be missed. From dormitories to private bungalows, there is something for every traveller.

With two bars, serving guests from lunch until the last guest leaves, and a 150-seat seafood restaurant and snack bar and club, partygoers will keep entertained until 3am.

If the tree houses are not your style, visit Istanbul, Turkey’s own Capital of Culture.

Take the Bosphourus boat tour which really emphasizes the diversity of the city: Look left and see Europe. Look right and see Asia.
Wicked Trips also offer you a day trip to Prince’s Island to escape the hustle and bustle of busy city life.

Any features of these holidays can be combined to create your perfect getaway in this sensational country.

Wicked Trips takes you to Morocco

Morocco is one of the few countries outside of Europe that you can visit on a tiny budget.

Wicked Trips to Morocco can encompass anything you could ever want: beautiful beaches, incredible surf, camel treks across Moroccan Sahara desert, wondrous waterfalls and colourful city with a vast range of entertainment, shopping and sights. You could be sunbathing or skiing or both at the same time;  the choice is yours.

Wicked Trips most popular trip to date is Immersion Morocco which combines the highlights of this incredible country in the space of just 7 nights: with a 2 day 1 night Sahara camel trek and Ouzoud Cascades trip, two of the most amazing sights and experiences in Morocco are bought together into one break.

Usually, when visiting such a different culture, we must travel far and cope with jet lag whilst trying to cram in a new language to our already fatigued brain. Not in Morocco! There is no time difference between Morocco and the UK and whilst in Marrakech, you will be hard pressed to find someone that does not speak English!

There are several things that are good to know before traveling to Morocco and specifically Marrakech:

1.     As Morocco is a Muslim country, try to avoid wearing clothes that expose too much skin. If you travel during the hot Summer months I recommend wearing linen trousers or cut off trousers and linen tops as they cover you up and keep you cool, without sun burn and causing offence!

2.     When you walk through the Big Square in Marrakech, remember that nothing is free. If someone offers you a ‘present’ or something ‘for free’ do not accept it as they will expect a present back from you in a form of payment.

3.     Take a lot of small change with you. Most things like taxis or merely asking someone for directions, comes with a tip.

4.     When shopping in the Souks, remember that you will be expected to haggle. Start by taking 75% or more off the asking price and bargain from there.

5.     Always take a copy of the address of your hotel or riad with you so that you can ask someone the way back if you get lost. Make sure it is written in both English and Arabic.
To avoid getting lost, take a taxi. They are usually very cheap, just make sure the driver puts the meter on before leaving!

Morocco is an exciting place to visit if you know where to go and what to do; that's why Wicked Trips offers you such an exciting opportunity to make the most of this incredible country; everything is arranged for you and you are guaranteed to have an amazing time!
